Something feels off after the lift

Just installed a 2" leveling kit on my 2023 Colorado and had it aligned right after. Shop said everything was within the specs except they noticed a slight pull to the right, maybe due to rear thrust angle. I didn't notice any issues before the kit, but now it's definitely there on the highway. Since the rear isn't adjustable, does this mean something shifted or is it frame-related? For those who have experienced this, how did you manage to fix the problem?

Bummer about the pull! Not frame related. Try swapping your front tires side to side to rule out tire pull. Also, ensure your alignment shop actually compensates for the rear thrust angle in the front alignment, even if the rear isn't adjustable.

In my case, one of the leaf spring centering pins wasn't seated right, throwing off the rear alignment just enough to cause a pull, might be worth checking your rear axle position and mounts..sometimes it's something small

Leveling kits often cause more harm than good unless you plan to lift the whole suspension properly, a simple spacer can throw off alignment and create handling issues like that pull you're experiencing.

A slight pull after a leveling kit usually means the rear thrust angle shifted, not necessarily a frame issue. Without adjustable rear suspension, you're mostly stuck with shims or professional realignment tricks.
