2024 GMC heated steering wheel shuts off too soon

aI've got a 2024 Denali, and the heated steering wheel turns on with remote start but shuts off before it gets warm. It won't turn back on manually either. Only the 10 and 2 spots feel slightly warm at best. Is nyone else experiencing this or found a fix? I wondering if it's a sensor or software issue.

Sounds like a control thing or maybe a sensor's acting up. Try resetting the system, or check for software updates. If some areas are warmer than others, the heating parts might not be working evenly

Maybe it's a settings thing? or the car prioritizing? When you turn it on regularly, as in you get in, start the engine and turn on the heated wheel, does it work properly? The good news is that it's still under warranty, so you can let the dealer figure things out, plus you have a couple of month until winter season, so you'll get it fixed.
