that loud bang on the roof definitely scared the hell out of me.. it must be the dryer that hit it ☹️ i adoooore this truck but never thought id have an issue wit the roof. Has this happened to anyone, too? any leads on where i can get this checked? thanks!

what happened exactly? i suppose theres a big dent on the roof and scraped the paint. in that case its best to have it repainted.

Does that happen in the tunnel car wash with the giant rollers? if so, please avoid those tunnel car washers, not only can that happen but it's also not good for the paint, they are too rough. Hope you can repair it.

What the damn hell? Not the truck's fault it's all good, man. The problem is they mishandled it. Visit a body repair shop if it's bad. But if it's still new, then maybe insurance covers this.

Wow, that would've freaked me out as well! I haven't experienced it personally, but I'd definitley recommend reaching out to a reliable body shop, they should be able to take care of it. Fingers crossed it's an easy fix!

That kind of impact can really mess things up, right? It might mean there's some resonance or flexing going on with the roof panel. Honestly, it's probably a good idea to take it to a shop and have them check for any hidden dents or if anything's come loose. Better safe than sorry

Absolutely! That kind of effect can really throw things off in ways you might not even realize. It's definitely wise to get it checked out, and honestly, it shows you're being smart about it.
